What a fantastic day was had by all our lovely families who attended our first taster session in the the forest at Perchy Pond, Wishaw, run by Karen Gibb - Little Forest Cherubs.

Exploring the surroundings bark, leaves and trees.

Listening carefully to what is going to be happening

Exploring the tress and climbing the trees

Finding worms and investigating them in our hands.

We even found worms, beetles and snails and put them in the tubs for everyone to have a look.

Den building with ropes, tarpoline and sticks.

Catching the rain water in our mouths.

Marking out boundaries with the help of some mums

Relaxing in the hammock

Making lovely muddy puddles

Sitting around the fire to toast our marshamllows

We are looking forward to our next day in the forest on Tuesday 21st February.
