The latest round of FREE training from Clydesdale Community Initiatives (CCI), taking place throughout the Clyde and Avon valleys for November has been announced.
Please see the image attached for a shortlist of activities open to all from community gardening to bird box making, log cabin construction and a whole lot more. Please note that this is only a taste of what is on offer and that many more training and volunteering opportunities are on offer. Go to http://www.clydeandavonvalley.org/events for more details.

If you'd like to join the Gardening for Health group which takes place every Tuesday from 10am - 3pm, there is a bus pick-up at Morrison's Supermarket in Lanark at 10am. From December the workshop will be running training sessions every Thursday from 1-3pm.
On Thursday mornings we have a Woodcraft for Health group for people with mental health issues. If there are spaces left, those attending in the morning are very welcome to stay for the training in the afternoon.
The training places are open to the all but must be booked at least 72 hours in advance. Please contact CCI for more information and to book. Please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or call 01555 664 211.
