Please note that this is only a taste of what is on offer and that many more training and volunteering opportunities are on offer. Go to for more details.

If you'd like to join the Gardening for Health group which takes place every Tuesday from 10am - 3pm, there is a bus pick-up at Morrison's Supermarket in Lanark at 10am. From December the workshop will be running training sessions every Thursday from 1-3pm.

On Thursday mornings we have a Woodcraft for Health group for people with mental health issues. If there are spaces left, those attending in the morning are very welcome to stay for the training in the afternoon.
