Learn to Cook Historic Recipes with CAVLP Heritage
Over the summer, CAVLP Heritage are beginning the FREE Tasting Through Time Cookery Course!
From 6 - 8 pm in Larkhall we will be testing out recipes from the past and learning a little bit about culinary history and archaeology. Join us in exploring the culinary history of the apple! How was it enjoyed throughout history, from the Roman period to today? This cookery course focuses on experimenting with historic recipes from multiple time periods, giving participants an opportunity to try flavours from the past and learn a little bit about how societies hundreds of years ago enjoyed food and how those foods impacted their lives.
This course will run on the following dates:

Thursday, 21st of July at 6pm
Tuesday, 2nd of August at 6pm
Thursday, 18th of August at 6pm
Tuesday, 6th of September at 6pm
Thursday, 22nd of September at 6pm
