On Thursday 12 and 19 May, CAVLP Heritage are beginning the FREE Tasting Through Time Cookery Course! From 6 - 8 pm in Larkhall we will be testing out recipes from the past and learning a little bit about culinary history and archaeology.
Join us in exploring the culinary history of the apple! How was it enjoyed throughout history, from the Roman period to today?
This cookery course focuses on experimenting with historic recipes from multiple time periods, giving participants an opportunity to try flavours from the past and learn a little bit about how societies hundreds of years ago enjoyed food and how those foods impacted their lives.
Have fun taste-testing recipes through time, all of which include the most famous of Clyde Valley produce!
