various locations across North LanarkshireNorth Lanarkshire's first walking festival, 23 - 26 September 2016, will show everyone the many opportunities for getting out and about, from easy strolls around parks to longer rambles through open countryside. All the walks are free but booking is essential.
The weekend will be packed full of exciting walks, see the walking festival programme on the North Lanarkshire Council website, right, for details, but keep checking back as new walks will be added as the time gets nearer.
