Explore the trails and hides at RSPB Scotland Baron’s Haugh during a guided walk with the reserve warden and challenge yourself to record as many different kinds of birds as possible. By the time it gets to the Big Garden Birdwatch, you’ll be an expert!


Children under 16 are welcome, but should be accompanied by an adult. Please wear suitable footwear and clothing appropriate for Scotland’s unpredictable climate and bring binoculars if you have them. Some of this event will involve standing for periods of time so remember to wrap up well.


This event is part of the Clyde and Avon Valley Wildlife Challenge 2017 - see if you can tick off goosander and woodpecker from the 12 species list and don't forget to choose one of the 12 species to submit a short story on to the 500 Word Challenge!
